Respect other teams, their members and every VALIANCE representative. Always. This is the most important rule.
VALIANCE staff reserves the right to act outside of any given global or league specific rule when they feel like it is justified and will provide a positive outcome in general. The goal is to keep the community happy and the games fun and fair.
Teams are not suppose to make roster changes during an ongoing event, unless “Game specific rules” state otherwise.
Cheating will not be tolerated. It will result in immediate and permanent player ban from any future VALIANCE competitions. Team penalty will be discussed internally by VALIANCE staff members. Our advice? Just don’t do it.
Gamers with registered Game ID that are caught hacking will be removed and banned at anytime from Valiance competition.
Both parties (VALIANCE and teams/players) are to keep their communication private and resolve issues directly. If players or teams feel like they are being mistreated or that a resolution is harming in any way they can ask for a VALIANCE STAFF (Valiance UG Company Employee) member to be included in conversation.
Each player/team participating in VALIANCE events agrees with the possibility of being streamed with commentary. A stream recording can later be used for promotional purposes. Possible side-effects: Fame.
Team representatives or team captains have to be available on VALIANCE Discord at all times during event, as well as 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the event.
Official communication between teams/players and VALIANCE staff must be in ENGLISH. Other languages may be used if agreed by VALIANCE.
Offensive behavior of any kind as well as spamming will not be tolerated in any form regardless of platform. In case of such behavior VALIANCE staff members can permanently ban players from VALIANCE platform, ongoing and all future competitions.
Each individual/team player may be asked to provide visual evidence of his gameplay. In some cases, players/teams will have to upload such evidence after the match has ended. By failing to do so, VALIANCE staff members can penalize player/team according to game specific rules.
VALIANCE moderators/spectators are to monitor every official match if not stated differently in game specific rules. Teams must follow VALIANCE specific rules to complete matches.
Team owners and/or team captains are responsible for their respective applications. Registration needs to be done correctly and in time in order to compete. At any given point, VALIANCE staff members will be at your service in case of any questions.
Each team has to provide a list of available players that will represent their team throughout the event. Number of players will be stated in game specific rules.
Team roster must not include players banned for cheating, regardless if their ban was received during VALIANCE or any other event.
Players can represent only 1 team in a VALIANCE tournament or league. Players can change teams between different tournaments or leagues. Also 1 player can play for different teams in different mobile games.
Team owners/captains can change their team’s roster (via Discord) up to 72 hours before the beginning of the event. However, VALIANCE staff members can decline a change in some cases.
Valid roster consists of player’s ingame username and Discord ID.
Teams cannot switch players between qualifiers and main event unless VALIANCE staff members say otherwise or is explicitly allowed by game specific rules
Team owners/captains are responsible for match agreements, meeting deadlines and filing their team’s roster. VALIANCE staff will always use VALIANCE Platform, Twitter and/or Discord to publicly communicate dates, times, formats or any other specific info concerning events.
VALIANCE staff reserves the right to reject applications with offensive/inappropriate language (team name, player name, logo etc.) No, you can’t be Tittylicous Cocksucker from team Glorified Fuckheads, sorry.
Teams/players may face major penalization if caught gaining unfair advantage by using hacks.
During a live match teams may substitute current players as long as their substitutes are part of their valid roster.
Both teams have right to forfeit their match. In case of invitational tournament or repeated forfeiting the team risks disqualification from ongoing and upcoming events. Failing to have sufficient number of players on server during the match is also considered forfeiting.
In case of disconnection rejoining player is not allowed to spent time in spectator mode. He must rejoin the game as an active player immediately, no matter how tempting it is to see what his opponents are doing.
Each player must use his game account and his game account only. If any player fails to comply with this rule, his/her team will be penalized - disqualification and possible ban for future VALIANCE events. No fake IDs around here guys, we’re not your local liquor shop. ;)
